After completing her piano performance studies at Queens College, Kanenar Wen transitioned into a career as a media composer. She is currently pursuing her graduate studies at Brooklyn College. In addition to being a classical pianist, she is an emerging composer known for blending elements of modern and classical music in her work. Within just a year of becoming a composer, she has collaborated multiple times with Pratt students on scoring animated short films, earning high praise and expectations for her work.
